FREE-VALVE normally open pneumatic fluorine lined diaphragm valve is composed of single-acting pneumatic actuator and diaphragm valve, which uses pneumatic actuator to drive the opening and closing of the diaphragm valve, and the valve is kept in normally open state in the case of no air source or no signal, and the valve is in a closed state after the cylinder is ventilated, so as to act as an opening and closing mechanism to control the flow of medium. The valve body cavity can be selected according to the working conditions of different lining materials, so the valve is suitable for high viscous fluid, suspended particles, toxic media and corrosive media working conditions.

4.The valve is closed when the air source is connected, and the valve is opened when the air source is disconnected.
5.The actuator can be equipped with a handwheel, and when the air source fails, the handwheel can be operated to open or close the valve.
6.The sealing parts are elastic rubber diaphragms. It has better sealing and minimum closing force.
7.The lining material is optional, which can be applied to a variety of media ,the valve has good corrosion resistance.
