Introduction

FREE-VALVE’s pneumatic operated dome valves are shut-off valve with pressure tight compressed air operating in environment where abrasive material are passing. it is designed for ash handling system, and it can achieve working reliability in severe pneumatic conveying applications ,these are 100% leak proof valves even under two different pressure.

Advantage

2.90 degrees turn is sufficient to move from fully closed to fully open position,so the dome completely clear of the medium flow path.

3.The seat is a inflatable rubber seal which inflates when pressurized air is passed to it,thus holding and sealing the dome surface tightly.Tight sealing performance as Inflatable seal self-compensates for wear as the valve is used.The inflatable seal provides continuous wear compensation.

4.Easy to maintenance and replacement,The main components of the valve, dome casting, top plate, do not require replacement for several years. The inflatable seal is often only replaced for many months, and is a low cost item.

5.Different valve body materials are optional depending on customer need.
