Time flies ,It has been ten years since I worked with Ceramic lined valve industry . Ten years ago ,my job was Valve Technical Support Engineer .
I still remember that was the first time to go to coal power plant ash handling system . Some of our pneumatic ceramic lined rotary disc gate valves have been delivery to coal power plant ,and I was on business to guide installation on site .
Six years later ,I work as sales engineer .But the working experiences of technical support engineer is the valuable for me .The valve industry knowledge and technical experience on site is still useful at present work . It helps me have a good understanding for working condition on site ,and advice the suitable valve type and give valve solution for end user .For coal power plant ,fly ash handling system is a quite important system ,as the fly ash is abrasive and wear out most of metal seated gate valve .Ceramic lined gate valve use ceramic material instead of metal material ,longer life time of the gate valve makes the system runs in steadily .
So more and more customers believe me ,more and more customers believe FREE-VALVE . At the working of all team ,FREE-VALVE brand ceramic lined gate valve are installed at many coal power plants in Vietnam ,Indonesia ,Pakistan ,Thailand ,Chile ,Mexico etc .
