The FREE-VALVE company ceramic lined valve packing is suitable for various handing operations and inland transportation, as well as it shall ensure the protections of valves therein contained against weather elements or other, not only during the time required for transportation, but also in case of long time outdoors storage at the Climatic conditions of the Plant site for a time not less than one year.
Before making packing ,climatic conditions will be considered ,such as temperature ,humidity ,rainfall ,Sea Breeze ,transportation method .
The design and construction of the packing ,will be made according to the dimension and weight of the valve . Water proof and shock proof are the first factor .
For the material ,the packing case lining will be completely lined with multi-layer water proof paper or plastic.
Packing case material ,all wood shall be thoroughly seasoned and thoroughly sound with out knot ,holes ,shakes and checks .The case will be be sill base type .all wooden boxes are made by ply wooden and they are non-fumigation wood type ,and confirm to international practice .
After nailing ,joints in the case will be sealed compound and outside bound with steel strapping .
All case will be marked to indicate the correct way up and bear the marking described herein.
