The power plant warehouse pump pneumatic ash transport system adopts concentrated phase pneumatic ash transport device, the system air source pressure is 0.7mpa, the ash transport device is equipped with feed valve and discharge valve. The installation position above the warehouse pump is the feed valve. Because the feed valve is opened every 10 minutes, the wear of coal dust on the valve is serious. The service life of traditional valves is generally within three months, and the installation and maintenance cost of power plants is high.
