FREE-VALVE FRH44S UPVC Plastic Swing Type Check Valve refers to the valve that automatically opens and closes the disc by relying on the force generated by the flow of the medium itself to prevent the medium from backflowing.Plastic swing check valves are swing type and have a plastic disc that swings about a hinge pin or shaft,the valves are normally designed for horizontal flow condition, the flow should be in upwards direction and under the disc.This series of check valves is widely used in pipeline transmission lines with corrosive media.

The eccentric mounted hinge pin in combination with the disc seat guarantees a positive shut off of the returning medi
Bolt bonnetprovides easy access to the disc and hinge pin without removing the valve from the pipeline in case of maintenance.
Disc nut secures the disc to the hingeand allows the disc to rotate about pin axis and assist in tight shut off.

FRPP -14ºC~ +90ºC,UPVC -10ºC~ +60ºC,PVDF -40ºC~ +150ºC,CPVC -20ºC~ +95ºC

Fasteners can be made of engineering plasticsin contact with the medium, so that the valve is more corrosion resistant.
