Electric operating double Rotary disc flap feeding valve is designed two distinct chambers .When the top chamber opens to allow collected medium to drop through into the bottom flap valve. The top flap valve then re-closes disc to prevent leakage of fugitive and tramp air through the valve. When the bottom flap valve chamber opens to allow medium to pass completely through the valve to the next working process. The bottom flap valve then re-closes to prevent leakage of fugitive and tramp air. Then, it continuously cycles to maintain a steady flow of medium and maintaining a positive seal on the system.When the medium passes through the valve,one of the flapper is always close.
Features
- The valve body of this feed valve is designed with welded structure, the valve disc, the valve seat and all the seals are made of high temperature and wear-resistant fluorine rubber.
