How to deal with the pneumatic actuator slow reaction, valve opening and closing jitter situation

Pneumatic actuators using state often corresponding changes because of the change of the actual working condition, such as accessories in aging, parts aging and original valve replacement , gas supply system failures, etc., when the above changes, valve pneumatic actuator failures will inevitably bring impact to normal pipeline control, let's take a look at how to deal with pneumatic actuators slow response, valve opening and closing jitter situation?
1.Air supply pressure of Pneumatic actuator is usually 0.4~0.7Mpa, first check whether the air pressure of pneumatic actuator is too low, if there is less than the above air pressure,timely treatment.
2.Check whether the solenoid valve is running normally, whether the switch is normal, whether the exhaust is smooth, daily inspection found that the solenoid valve abnormal work to timely maintenance and replacement.
3.For single action pneumatic actuator, if there is too slow or jitter situation, it is important to check whether the exhaust side pipeline found blockage, solenoid valve failure and actuator spring is too small rigid.
4.Re-check that the actuator output torque of the model is consistent with the current valve requirement, when the rated output torque is less than the required torque of the valve , there will be slow movement or jitter situation, In this case, replace the valve or change the pneumatic actuator model number.
